Petition to the Grand Council

This form is to be completed by new or reactivating chapters once they have received approval from their school or university to establish Lambda Kappa Sigma on campus. Additionally, the chapter must confirm that at least 6 members will form the founding group. Once this petition is submitted, it will be reviewed, and Grand Council will vote to approve the chapter to begin its establishment on campus.
