This prestigious award honors a chapter’s exceptional leadership team that has exemplified outstanding leadership, teamwork, and a positive chapter culture. Nominations can be made by Grand Council officers, Region Supervisors, Fraternity/Faculty Advisors, or Alumni. One exemplary leadership team will be selected and announced at Convention, celebrating their dedication and impact.
Top Sisterhood Event
Celebrate the heart of sisterhood with this award, given to the chapter that has organized a memorable and creative sisterhood event. Events can be virtual or in person, as long as they took place during the current school year. Three finalists will submit a video for final review, and the winner will be revealed at Convention.
Top Recruitment Strategy
Recognize a chapter’s innovative and successful recruitment strategy with this award. The focus is on creativity and effectiveness in recruitment efforts. Three finalists will be chosen based on their submissions and will provide a video for final evaluation. The winner will be announced at Convention.
Top Social Media Strategy
Honor a chapter’s creative and effective social media strategy with this award. This accolade celebrates chapters that excel in engaging and growing their audience through innovative social media campaigns. Three finalists will present their strategies via video submissions, with the winner announced at Convention.
Top Professional Development Event
This award highlights a chapter’s commitment to professional growth by recognizing a standout professional development event. The event must have taken place during the current school year, and three finalists will submit videos showcasing their event. The winner will be selected at Convention.
Top P4/Alumni Event
Celebrate the chapter that has fostered strong connections with P4s and alumni through a meaningful and impactful event. Events can be virtual or in person and must have occurred during the current school year. Finalists will submit videos for review, and the winner will be announced at Convention.
Top Philanthropic Event (Project HOPE/Educational Trust)
This award honors the chapter that has demonstrated creativity and success in organizing a philanthropic event supporting Project HOPE or the Educational Trust. Three finalists will provide video submissions, and the winner will be chosen at Convention.
Top Service Event (Women’s Health Initiative)
Recognize the chapter that has excelled in planning and executing a service event supporting the Women’s Health Initiative. All events must have taken place during the current school year. Finalists will submit videos for final review, and the winner will be announced at Convention.
