The Top Sisterhood Event Award honors a chapter that has promoted the LKS core value of sisterhood within their chapter or the fraternity through a creative and meaningful event. At the 2025 Annual Convention in Pittsburgh, this recognition was proudly awarded to the Omicron Chapter at Wayne State University.

Omicron Chapter’s “Lambs Leading Wellness” series stood out as an impressive sisterhood initiative that embraced mental, emotional, and physical well-being. The series featured a variety of activities—from yoga sessions and a Galentine’s Day retreat to wallyball, museum visits, and a wellness walk—offering sisters opportunities to connect while focusing on self-care and personal growth. A heartfelt letter-writing activity added a special layer of encouragement and support, while themed self-care events tied directly to LKS’s mission of empowering women and fostering lifelong sisterhood.

This creative and holistic approach not only strengthened bonds among sisters but also promoted balance, resilience, and joy. By making wellness a shared journey, Omicron Chapter truly exemplified the spirit of Lambda Kappa Sigma. We are proud to recognize Omicron Chapter as the 2025 recipient of the Top Sisterhood Event Award.
