Join us for a fun virtual event with your LKS sisters — With a Hygeia day being in the month of March we wanted to host a fun way to promote healthy habits and support our sisters. During this event, join us on zoom as we take some time out of our day to move our bodies! This is an open house style event where you can come and go as you need anything during the hour of the event. The type of movement is up to YOU! Bring us with you on a walk, do an at home workout, get in some stretching, put of your favorite playlist and have a dance party – anything that you love to do that gets your body MOVING! Can’t wait to see you then!
