The Top P4/Alumni Event Award recognizes a chapter that has hosted a creative and impactful event for its P4 members and/or alumni, promoting the LKS core value of Sisterhood. At the 2025 Annual Convention in Pittsburgh, this honor was proudly presented to the Alpha Beta Chapter at the University of Connecticut, College of Pharmacy.

Alpha Beta earned this recognition for their annual “P4 Dinner” event, which stood out for its heartfelt execution, strong alumni engagement, and alignment with LKS’s mission of sisterhood and professional development. The event celebrates graduating P4s with personal touches including customized gifts, a hand-crafted alumni advice column, and space for reflection and connection after a long year of rotations.

By combining cherished traditions with thoughtful innovation, the dinner transforms from a casual send-off into a meaningful celebration that strengthens lifelong bonds within the LKS community. Through this event, Alpha Beta fosters relationships with alumni, supports P4s transitioning into their careers, and reinforces connections to the LKS Alumni Association.
