As the Director of Clinical Programs and Population Health at the Illinois Pharmacists Association, Starlin has been instrumental in creating community-based chronic disease and comprehensive medication management programs. In her role as Network Coordinator for diabetes, pre-diabetes, and cardiovascular health programs, Starlin works tirelessly with self-insured employers, Health Options for Public Entities, and CDC-1815 grantees. Her commitment to patient care through pharmacist-based chronic care management programs is exemplary.
Beyond Professional Achievements
Starlin’s impressive career spans over 40 years, including 10 years as a clinical pharmacist and 17 years as Director of Quality Assurance/Drug Utilization for Illinois Medicaid. Her experience in medical-pharmacy claims analysis and population health has solidified her as a leader in her field.
Within Lambda Kappa Sigma, Starlin has been a dedicated member. Her involvement with the Educational Trust Committee and the Women’s Health Initiative Committee has greatly benefited our organization. Her commitment to our fraternity reflects her broader dedication to advancing pharmacy and public health.
