Today, we shine the spotlight on Megan Russell, a fourth-year student at the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy and a distinguished member of the Alpha Nu Chapter, whose journey exemplifies the transformative power of LKS.
Meet Megan Russell:
Megan’s journey with LKS began during her first year of pharmacy school when she joined the Alpha Nu Chapter. Inspired by the supportive and uplifting atmosphere cultivated within the organization, Megan quickly became an active member, serving as the chapter’s treasurer for two consecutive school years. Her dedication to LKS’s mission of empowering women in pharmacy is evident in her involvement at both the chapter and national levels, including attending the LKS Convention in Indianapolis, where she had the opportunity to connect with sisters from across the country.
Outside of her academic pursuits, Megan works at UK Specialty Pharmacy and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and cheering on her favorite hockey team, the Pens.
